Anxious to Able

Just Breathe. You can do anything. You can go anywhere.
You are capable of so many wild and wonderful things in this beautifully chaotic world that we live in.
It just takes one step at a time.
Breathe and know that the universe has a plan for you.


Grow through what you go through.

Remind yourself every single day, that
-what you are going through is only temporary
-that you are in control
-that you should  only take things, one thing at a time
-and that your anxiety does not define you

Declutter your mind every once in a while, write down all those goals and ideas. Decide what your priorities are. Focus at one task at a time. Detox your mind from outside influences and focus on the fact that you are alive and trying, and sometimes that is all that matters.
